HANDBUILDING

2x2 hours (or 1x3 hours)
2 hours handbuilding + 2 hours glazing (or 3 hours of handbuilding and we finish and glaze it for you)

In the first session we will get to know the different techniques (pinching, coiling and slab building) and experiment with different shapes. Small objects like cups, bowls, vases or sculptures can be made. The finished pieces need to dry for 7-10 days before they go into the kiln to be fired. In the 2. session you can glaze your pieces which will be fired a second time, now at 1240°C.

GROUP CLASSES
2x2 hours (in a group of 4–6) → 130 € per person
2x2 hours (private session with 1–3 people) → 160 € per person. All prices include 19% VAT.

WHEEL THROWING

Block (3x2 hours) 2 hours of throwing + 2 hours of trimming your pieces (on the next day) and 2 hours of glazing (2 weeks later, after drying and bisque firing).

Get to know how to prepare the clay, center and turn it on the wheel. In the first session we will start with a cylinder and throw different shapes. The focus is to get a feeling for the material and how it behaves under the gentle guidance of the hand. In the 2. session the objects will be trimmed with tools and refined. In the 3. session you can glaze your pieces, after they have been drying for 7-10 days and already once fired at 980°C.

WORKSHOP
Block 3x2 hours (2-4 people) → 250 Euro per person
